    mortgage? Our pre-mortgage appraisal report is intended to provide buyers with their prospective
    home's value.  The buyer can then utilize this information to accurately determine his/her financial

  • Assessment Review & Appeal  (Real Property Tax Grievance) - Was your tax grievance
    unjustifiable denied?  Our Certified Appraisal Reports are designed to provide homeowners with an
    accurate and detailed home valuation.  The homeowner can then utilize this information when
    presenting their case before the Small Claims Assessment Review Section of the N.Y.S. Supreme  
    Court.

  • Matrimonial & Bankruptcy Valuation - We are N.Y.S. Court Appointed in all of the areas we

    requirements of the Courts, and Authoritative Agencies.

  • Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) Removal - Do you feel your mortgage lender is unjustly
    insisting you maintain your PMI?  We can help!  We have the experience and expertise to provide you
    with a certified appraisal report designed to establish your homes current market value.  You can then
    present this report to your mortgage lender in support of your argument.
